Instructions:
- Disable Gatekeeper:
- Open the Terminal application.
- Execute the following command:
sudo spctl --master-disable
- System Preferences:
- Open “System Preferences” from the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select “Security & Privacy.”
- In the “General” tab, click the padlock icon in the bottom-left corner and enter your password to make changes.
- Change the “Allow apps downloaded from:” setting to “Anywhere.” Confirm by clicking the padlock again.
- Plugin Installation:
- With Gatekeeper disabled, install our plugins, and open Vectorworks. Plugins should load.
- Reactivate Gatekeeper:
- After successful installation, it’s crucial to reactivate Gatekeeper for continued system security.
- Open the Terminal application.
- Execute the following command:
sudo spctl --master-enable
